Do you ship any product from your online store?

Currently we only offer in-store pickup.

My product is defective. Can I get my money back?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, you are entitled to request a product replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. If we agree that item is indeed defective, we will ask that you return us the item in-store. For more information please view our refunds & returns page here

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we cannot accept cancellations. However, if you have mistakenly entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible so we can notify our fulfillment center of any changes.
